ABOUT OVER THE TOP SHELTERS LLC
In 2010, the Fitz family started Over The Top Shelters LLC. We started by becoming a dealer for Rhino Shelters. Business grew over the years, helping us become one of Rhino Shelter’s largest dealers. We have always viewed customer satisfaction as our first priority. Selling only top of the line products, we have been very selective, when adding new product lines. We decided to take our business to the next level and create our own super heavy duty line of portable shelters. Rock Solid Shelters was created with one goal- BE THE MOST RUGGED PORTABLE SHELTER ON THE MARKET! Rock Solid Shelters is a registered trademark of Over The Top Shelters LLC.
WHAT MAKES ROCK SOLID SHELTERS DIFFERENT?
STRENGTH – Even though Rock Solid Shelters are not engineered, they have been designed to hold up in extreme weather conditions. Arches are larger diameter tubing, spaced only three feet apart, which increases snow load. A unique purlin system keeps the frame ridgid and prevents swaying. Rock Solid Shelters will still be standing when other shelters have collapsed.
SHAPE – Most of the shelters are gambrel or barn shaped, with a double pitched roof. The advantage of this shape is it has straight side walls allowing more interior space and roof line that increases snow sliding off.
BASE RAIL- A base rail has been included with most of the shelters. The arches are attached to the rail, which keeps the arches from spreading, adding a great amount of support to the frame. The rails also keep the frame straight when on uneven ground.
DOORS – An original sliding door system is being introduced on Rock Solid Shelters. There is one zipper in the center and the door slides along a cable towards the outside. Doors having built in screen vents with storm flaps are included on both ends.
FABRIC – 24oz PVC fabric is being used on most of the shelters, one of the heaviest on the market. The fabric is UV protected and has a fire retardant coating. Expected life span is 10-15 years.
ANCHORS – The corners are held in place with 2 foot spikes. 32″ cable earth anchors are used at the bottom of each arch. A 26″ screw in anchor will be available in the future, allowing easier relocation of the shelters.
WARRANTY – Rock Solid Shelters is backed by a 5 year warranty, covering defects and poor workmanship. We stand behind our product.
